M/s. Shah Patni & Co. is a firm of Chartered Accountants in India and is one of the most reputed and distinguished Chartered Accountancy Firm in Jaipur. The Firm provides services in the fields of audit and assurance, direct & indirect tax, FEMA, Valuation, transaction advisory and consulting keeping in mind the regulatory and commercial environment within which the Firm’s clientele operate.
The Firm was established in 1958, by late Mr. Lal Chand Patni & Mr. P.N. Shah and thereafter worked under the leadership of Mr. Pramod Patni.
We believe in the philosophy of educating the clients for ensuring proper legal compliances. Clients are regularly updated for recent changes in the laws.
The Firm’s domestic and international clients range from privately owned entities to public listed companies.
