Founded in 1958 in Jaipur, Shah Patni & Co. stands as one of Rajasthan’s longest-standing independent chartered accountancy practices. Established by Late Mr. Lal Chand Patni and Mr. P.N. Shah, the firm has been shaped across three generations, with Mr. Pramod Patni providing leadership for several decades.
We combine this local insight with a forward-looking approach to complex areas such as NBFC/HFC advisory, transaction structuring, cross-border taxation, and FEMA compliance. Our clients include small finance banks, private banks, NBFC, HFC, listed companies, and high-net-worth families, many of whom we have advised across four successive generations.

Today, the firm is led by five Partners and a professional team of over 40+ members, comprising Chartered Accountants, a Company Secretary, semi-qualified accountants, articled clerks and other support and IT staff. We maintain strong collaborative relationships with regulatory authorities and a select network of international accounting and legal firms, enabling seamless support for both domestic and cross-border matters.
